Mike has worked at Lincoln park for over 25 years. Starting as a busboy in 1999 when he was 16, then being promoted over the years, he now oversees the entire Foodservice department. Mike is a caring and dedicated individual with a passion for serving our residents. Along with Chef Charles he takes pride in creating dynamic menus that offer a blend of familiar favorites and new culinary experiences. Mike’s love for food and hospitality has driven him to excel in delivering exceptional service, while continuously seeking way to enhance the overall dining experience for all guests. One his favorite aspects in leading the culinary department is all of the local high school students that have worked here over the years, seeing them learn and grow into adults while completing their education is very rewarding. Outside of work you can find Mike spending quality time with his wife and two children while riding bikes, camping and exploring new state parks. He also has a passion for photography that started 14 years ago leading him to create his own business. He believes in living every day to the fullest while embracing every moment with enthusiasm.
