Steve Sorg brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living, along with extensive technical knowledge in HVAC and related building systems. Before beginning his career in senior living, Steve worked at the Dayton Airport in airline mechanics with Emery Worldwide, where he developed a strong foundation in hands-on problem-solving, maintenance, and service.
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Steve is passionate about the people-centered nature of senior living. He values the connections he builds with residents and families and takes pride in helping bring a smile to residents each day.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys bass fishing, riding his BMW motorcycle, kayaking, and spending time with his family. He especially looks forward to yearly trips to Tampa to visit his brother, and he is a proud father to one son.
