Molly Blumer has over a decade of senior living sales experience. She began her career at a large, upscale CCRC in San Diego, California, and later worked in both independent living and assisted living communities in Dayton, Ohio. She has helped countless seniors and their families navigate the options available to them, guiding them toward the best choices for their needs, preferences, and budget.
Molly finds her work in senior living deeply meaningful and is passionate about helping seniors enjoy a high quality of life at One Lincoln Park—especially through the social engagement and services the community offers, which far exceed what’s typically available when living alone at home.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, along with a minor in Gerontology from the Cornell University School of Human Ecology. Molly met her husband, Jeff, on the first day of class at Cornell.
A native of Oakwood and one of the Deddens quadruplets, Molly returned to Dayton to raise her three children in the same community where she grew up. She enjoys genealogy research, walking and hiking, and spending time with her large extended family.
